Customer Support

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (don't worry - a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler and you will receive ample training)
• Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler (this part does require getting physical!) and regularly inspect the car-hauler to make sure the vehicle maintains safe to drive
• Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system
• Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Customer Service Delivery Advocate

General

• Ensure each vehicle is inspected for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory to include fuel level, safety features, drivability test and proper display of all company and state disclosures
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors
• Interact and communicate with team members and management across all lines of the business.
• Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.

Car Detailer

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicles at our Market Hubs
• Ensure each vehicle is inspected for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns

Team Lead, Market Operations

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center (IC), planning production for a full working shift.
• Fully manage facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is not onsite.
• Quickly identify bottlenecks that affect site throughput and efficiency. Conduct root cause analysis, develop action plans, and execute with the site leadership team and associates.
• Conduct weekly site performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership, reporting on performance versus targets, challenges, and countermeasures.
• Guide daily site manager huddles to establish the day’s tone and priorities.
• Aid in the execution of Continuous Improvement projects at home site and, if applicable, throughout the region/network, while implementing and training process changes.
• Foster growth and development in our Reconditioning Lead and Manager populations by supporting Development Plans and providing regular competency-based feedback.
• Embody Carvana values through effective leadership, teamwork, and communication on the shop floor.

Senior Operations Manager

General Manager

• Develop and manage a team of functional experts who provide on-the-ground support for strategic initiatives at auction sites, fostering high engagement and continuous development
• Lead the execution of major operational changes across auction sites, working hand-in-hand with General Managers to implement initiatives in alignment with ADESA’s strategic goals. Serve as a hands-on resource and advocate for auction leadership
• Anticipate unique challenges at each auction location and deploy customized solutions that enable effective and efficient implementation of key initiatives. Proactively remove barriers to success for field teams
• Ensure comprehensive training and support for field teams on new processes and systems, promoting a culture of understanding, adoption, and collaboration
• Strengthen the relationship between field teams and corporate functions by facilitating open communication, sharing insights, and aligning goals. Provide feedback to corporate on site-specific challenges and successes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and resources are available for the successful execution of initiatives at each site
• Create a supportive environment for auction teams during times of change

Manager, ADESA Special Operations – Keys

• Participate in the development of strategic plans, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with those of Market Operations and company.
• Work with senior management to define documentation accuracy goals and objectives.
• Manage and appraise the accuracy and completeness of all customer paperwork within the hub, determining and directing corrective action as needed.
• Define and implement paperwork best practices to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
• Continuously evaluate team effectiveness and hub level success in fields of paperwork accuracy and overall customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and performance feedback to Paperwork Specialists, Customer Advocates, and market leadership to ensure effective paperwork procedures are in place.
• Assess any process gaps and problem solve solutions efficiently, utilizing expertise and leveraging cross-functional teams.
• Assist with customers as needed via phone, email, and text to obtain information necessary to accurately complete customer paperwork and vehicle titling and registration.
• Partner with the Regulatory Compliance team to create and maintain compliance best practices within your hub. Track regulatory compliance success to determine and implement training requirements.
• Work closely with local regulatory agencies and/or partners to receive, generate, and submit paperwork in compliance with local requirements.
