About the role
- Driving high-value, enterprise deals with leading airlines, online travel agencies and mobility brands.
- Owning complex, multi-market sales cycles end to end from first conversation to signed contract and go-live.
- Shaping solutions that create meaningful ancillary revenue for our partners and CarTrawler.
- Working closely with Commercial Strategy, Product, Technology and Partner Management.
- Turning market insight into compelling propositions for competitive tenders.
- Influencing our commercial direction while mentoring others across the team.
Requirements
- 10+ years in senior commercial roles within travel, mobility, airline, or related sectors, with direct ownership of enterprise-level deal cycles.
- High attention to detail with ability to rapidly develop subject- matter expertise and become an authority on our business.
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with all stakeholders including c-suite inside and outside of CarTrawler.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with curiosity to resolve problems, identify emerging business trends, be creative, and find innovative solutions.
- Strong ability to challenge both internal and external stakeholders whilst still maintaining excellent relationships.
- Experienced negotiator with extensive business development experience and the ability to influence.
- Excellent commercial acumen with direct experience of preparing, submitting, and winning complex bids and/or tender processes.
- Highly professional, with strong personal and professional integrity, who can successfully represent CarTrawler both internally & externally.
- Excellent knowledge of the marketplace and overall travel industry.
- Technology savvy with ability to communicate technical product features effectively to both commercial and technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
- High proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
