About the role

  • Initial contact with Cartpanda customers and potential clients
  • Provide human-centered, agile, and efficient support, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Analyze customer questions and reported issues, identifying root causes.
  • Provide detailed instructions and personalized solutions for each case.
  • Become an expert on the Cartpanda platform, understanding its features and applications.
  • Identify potential bugs or failures and escalate them to the technical team, following up on problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication — including correct use of Portuguese
  • Commitment and organization — ability to manage tasks efficiently, ensuring prompt and accurate support.
  • Calmness and courtesy during interactions — ability to handle customers in various situations while maintaining professionalism and composure under pressure.
