Lead and develop a high-performing team of Salesforce engineers, admins, and technical leads through coaching, feedback, and career development
Act as a trusted partner and escalation point for the team, removing blockers and enabling success
Manage project delivery across Salesforce Clouds, CPQ, CLM, and ecosystem applications, ensuring timelines, quality, and business outcomes are met
Oversee platform strategy and architecture in partnership with technical leads, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
Proactively identify and drive improvements to processes, integrations, and system functionality for efficiency and scale
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations, aligning technical delivery to business needs
Monitor performance and resourcing using metrics and status reports, ensuring transparency and accountability
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements through sound governance and practices
Oversee the broader application ecosystem that supports Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, and Finance and help shape the future of business systems
Requirements
10+ years of total experience with at least 4+ years of management experience leading technical teams
Experience managing remote or distributed teams
Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, CPQ, Marketing, Communities) and connected applications (CLM, ERP, integration platforms)
Proven track record of delivering multiple complex Salesforce and ecosystem projects
Familiarity with environment and release management, CI/CD, and system governance practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and influence executive priorities
