About the role
- Serve as the chief architect and Docebo Superuser
- Design and implement complex "recipes" and workflows within Docebo
- Own and manage the entire compliance training lifecycle
- Act as the primary liaison for all strategic external learning and development partners
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive dashboard of key learning metrics
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our learning programs
- Proactively identify and implement AI-driven solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in a learning technology, HRIS, or similar data-centric role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- Docebo Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience as a Docebo administrator
- HRIS Integration: Proven experience with connecting and maintaining integrations between an LMS and an HRIS platform like Workday
- Advanced proficiency with data analysis and visualization
- A demonstrated ability to translate business goals into a concrete learning technology strategy
- Proven knowledge of the current and emerging landscape of learning technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and key stakeholders
- A strong understanding of the requirements for SOC2 compliance
