About the role

  • Lead a specialized team of several seasoned, consultative sellers operating across geographically distributed dealer territories
  • Conduct regular field rides and deal reviews
  • Foster a high-performance environment grounded in accountability, curiosity, and a "dealer-first" mindset
  • Own regional revenue targets and customer retention across the Cars Commerce portfolio
  • Engage directly with key regional dealer groups as an executive sponsor

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience (online/ecommerce/SaaS preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience managing high-performing sales teams
  • A record of success within a field sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to use CRM data (Salesforce)
  • Automotive retail industry experience (dealerships, OEM, or automotive media) is strongly preferred
