About the role
- Lead a specialized team of several seasoned, consultative sellers operating across geographically distributed dealer territories
- Conduct regular field rides and deal reviews
- Foster a high-performance environment grounded in accountability, curiosity, and a "dealer-first" mindset
- Own regional revenue targets and customer retention across the Cars Commerce portfolio
- Engage directly with key regional dealer groups as an executive sponsor
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience (online/ecommerce/SaaS preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience managing high-performing sales teams
- A record of success within a field sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to use CRM data (Salesforce)
- Automotive retail industry experience (dealerships, OEM, or automotive media) is strongly preferred
