About the role
- Own the clinical and operational roadmap for Oncology and Substance Use Disorder service lines
- Build sustainable, tech-enabled clinical programs from the ground up
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Commercial, Client Success, and Provider Support
- Bridge the gap between clinical excellence and non-clinical operational efficiency
- Iterate service delivery models based on provider and patient feedback
- Advocate for a holistic approach to patient care
Requirements
- 8+ years of clinical nursing experience and management, with a mandatory background in Oncology
- Current RN license
- Preferred: background in mental health or a psychiatric certification (e.g., PMHNP, RN-BC)
- Experience in a high-growth healthcare or technology company
- Track record in program development
- Ability to move between high-level strategic planning and operational troubleshooting
- Ability to lead with empathy while focusing on data-driven clinical outcomes
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful approach in a startup environment
- Experience managing deadlines and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, client success, data, and product teams
