Requirements

4+ years of people management experience
8+ years of total engineering experience (Ruby on Rails backend focus preferred)
Experience in enterprise client-facing technical roles such as: Solutions Engineering, Enterprise Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering
Familiarity with SSO (SAML, OIDC), complex data modeling, and secure data exchange protocols (SFTP, API Gateways)
Active adopter of AI developer tools (like GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
Project management skills to gather requirements and manage dependencies
Strong interpersonal skills including organization, empathy, persistence, and curiosity
