About the role
- Responsible for obtaining, redacting, and saving all documentation submitted to or from E-Oscar in the course of an electronic dispute investigation.
- Provide daily reporting from E-Oscar for creation of Automated Credit Dispute Verification (“ACDV”) tasks.
- Maintain and oversee the monthly loan liquidation report handled by the credit team to ensure accuracy and final credit reporting to the credit bureaus.
- Create tasks for processing by credit team, and completion of the document retention for all processed credit corrections
- Preforms general administrative tasks along with Personal Verification Searches for the Credit Team.
- Monitor department email in-box and route internal credit requests to the appropriate party for correction
- Adhere to established department and company policies and procedures
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite of applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of relevant industry-specific software packages preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff including senior management
- Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information
- Ability to understand, remember, and communicate routine, factual information
- Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
- Ability to apply common sense in performing job
- Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology
- Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule on a daily basis
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and to record, balance, and check results for accuracy
- Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required. College education preferred but not required.
- Minimum of two (2) years related mortgage banking, and/or financial industry experience required.
