About the role

  • Carrying out commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators
  • Service-oriented advice to our customers and heating companies by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service across an extended area of your deployment region
  • Taking part in the on-call rota with the aim of assisting our customers as quickly as possible

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a relevant trade, e.g. HVAC/plumbing and heating technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electronics technician for energy and building services, or electrician/electrical installer; ideally with further qualification as a master craftsman or technician
  • Professional experience in field service/customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or HVAC and ventilation
  • Valid refrigeration technician certificate (Kälteschein) — Category 1 required; Category 2 advantageous
  • Valid driving licence (Class B)
  • Good written and spoken German
