About the role

  • You answer inquiries regarding fault diagnosis, product and spare parts information, and technical issues — competently, customer-focused and solution-oriented
  • You analyze error reports, derive appropriate solutions, identify recurring quality issues, and provide feedback to the relevant departments
  • You enable our service partners to resolve problems independently, coordinate targeted TD (technical service) deployments, and support our dispatch team
  • You recommend suitable service offerings, assist in selecting appropriate replacement solutions, and identify sales opportunities to pass on internally
  • You act as a sparring partner for our field technicians, share your expertise and contribute to training sessions as well as the preparation of technical documentation
  • You consolidate information from customer conversations in a structured way, spot trends, and actively contribute your insights to the further development of our services

Requirements

  • Technical vocational training in HVAC, electrical engineering or related trades (e.g., mechatronics, refrigeration)
  • Professional experience in technical customer service is desirable — ideally with Viessmann products
  • Good knowledge of heating, burner/firing and control/regulation technology. Viessmann-specific knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement
