About the role
- You respond to inquiries about fault diagnostics, product and spare-parts information, and technical issues — competently, customer-focused and solution-oriented
- You analyze fault reports, derive appropriate solutions, identify recurring quality defects, and pass relevant information on to the responsible departments
- You enable our specialist partners to solve problems independently, organize targeted technical field-service assignments, and support our dispatch team
- You recommend suitable service offerings, assist in selecting appropriate replacement solutions, and identify sales opportunities that you forward internally
- You act as a sparring partner for our on-site technicians, share your knowledge, and contribute to training and the preparation of technical documentation
- You structure information from customer conversations, identify trends, and actively contribute your insights to the further development of our services
Requirements
- Vocational technical training in HVAC, electrical engineering, or related trades (e.g. mechatronics, refrigeration technology)
- Experience in technical customer service is desirable — ideally with Viessmann products
- Good knowledge of heating, combustion/burner and control technologies. Viessmann-specific knowledge is an advantage but not required
