About the role

  • Perform commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers' sites and plant operators
  • Provide service-oriented technical advice to our customers — including heating contractors — by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support your colleagues in the technical field service within an extended radius of your deployment area
  • Participate in on-call duty to ensure rapid assistance to our customers

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a relevant trade, e.g. HVAC installation mechanic (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer; further qualification as a master craftsman or technician is an advantage
  • Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation)
  • Certification for handling refrigerants (Kälteschein) — Category 1 required; Category 2 is an advantage
  • Valid driving licence (Class B)
  • Good German language skills, spoken and written
