About the role

  • Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and system operators
  • Service-oriented consultation and support for our customers and heating contractors, by phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service within the wider area of your deployment region
  • Taking on on-call duty to assist our customers as quickly as possible

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field such as plant mechanic for sanitary/heating/air-conditioning (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician / electrical installer; further training as a master craftsman or technician is advantageous
  • Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating, refrigeration, or HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) technology
  • Possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is advantageous
  • Valid driving license (Class B)
  • Good German language skills, spoken and written
