About the role

  • Own execution of aftermarket growth strategy across regions
  • Develop project plans in support of business transformation
  • Lead cross-functional execution to ensure project means timelines
  • Perform regular reviews of project status and make corrections as necessary
  • Develop KPI in line with growth strategy
  • Build dashboards and cadence for KPIs; translate insights into action across sites/regions
  • Ensure sound operational processes and procedures are developed and documented

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 12 + years in an aftermarket/parts/services growth role within an industrial business.
  • 5 + years of prior aftermarket experience in building strategy
  • Ability to travel 20-25% globally
