About the role

  • Develop, retain and support a client portfolio
  • Identify and prospect new clients within your territory
  • Schedule regular meetings to present our solutions
  • Identify opportunities and propose tailored offers
  • Ensure regular follow-up with existing clients
  • Identify new needs and propose upselling opportunities
  • Manage renewals, handle specific requests and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Create commercial proposals aligned with client needs
  • Negotiate prices, timelines and contract terms
  • Close sales and provide accurate reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum of a postsecondary commercial/business diploma (Bac+2) (e.g., BTS NDRC, MCO, DUT TC, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in field sales in B2B or B2C
  • Knowledge of the GMS (large-scale retail) sector is a strong plus
  • An established network within GMS (store members, retail chains, refrigeration technicians, etc.) is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in sales, negotiation and prospecting techniques
  • Comfortable with commercial reporting tools (CRM, Excel, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of the local economic landscape and decision-making processes
