About the role
- Develop, retain and support a client portfolio
- Identify and prospect new clients within your territory
- Schedule regular meetings to present our solutions
- Identify opportunities and propose tailored offers
- Ensure regular follow-up with existing clients
- Identify new needs and propose upselling opportunities
- Manage renewals, handle specific requests and ensure customer satisfaction
- Create commercial proposals aligned with client needs
- Negotiate prices, timelines and contract terms
- Close sales and provide accurate reporting
Requirements
- Minimum of a postsecondary commercial/business diploma (Bac+2) (e.g., BTS NDRC, MCO, DUT TC, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in field sales in B2B or B2C
- Knowledge of the GMS (large-scale retail) sector is a strong plus
- An established network within GMS (store members, retail chains, refrigeration technicians, etc.) is a strong plus
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation and prospecting techniques
- Comfortable with commercial reporting tools (CRM, Excel, etc.)
- Good knowledge of the local economic landscape and decision-making processes
