About the role

  • Contract management and negotiation
  • Support purchasing teams at French plants for transactions in French and English
  • Support sales and operations teams on matters related to sales and subcontracting
  • Prepare and update standard contract templates (purchasing, sales, subcontracting)
  • Negotiate and review contracts with suppliers, customers and partners
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle: approval, signature, archiving, renewals
  • Deliver compliance training to employees and commercial partners
  • Participate in managing non‑conformity allegations with the Ethics & Compliance team
  • Ensure compliance of French entities (international trade, antitrust, anti‑corruption, etc.)
  • Conduct necessary vendor checks (due diligence)
  • Participate in internal audits, investigations and compliance analyses
  • Handle routine legal matters in France and provide legal and ethics training to employees
  • Support management of resale transactions and compliance of commercial partners
  • Manage litigation in coordination with external counsel
  • Oversee claims-related recourse with suppliers
  • Monitor legal developments and implement internal policies
  • Advise on corporate law and product safety matters
  • Contribute to M&A projects and global initiatives of the Legal & Compliance department

Requirements

  • Degree in French law (e.g., Business Law, International Law, Contract Law)
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • 5–6 years’ experience gained within an international company and/or a law firm
  • Comfortable working in an industrial and international environment
