About the role

  • Act as the CEO’s primary support in developing both the supply and demand sides of our marketplace.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on market approach and customer engagement, and execute go-to-market initiatives.
  • Help shape the company’s long-term strategic vision by working closely with the C-level team to identify new growth and innovation opportunities across the business.
  • Provide operational support and flexible assistance across the company, handling a variety of tasks and urgent projects as priorities evolve.
  • Support preparation for upcoming fundraising rounds and assist with investor relations.
  • Help maintain relationships with key partners at the C-level.
  • Collect customer feedback on our products and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Work on expanding Carovo in Business Development and Product.

Requirements

  • Completed or currently enrolled in a degree in business administration, management, or a comparable field
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Desire to gain broad exposure to the different areas of a young company, and potentially prepare for founding your own startup
  • Interest in sales or willingness to learn and develop sales skills
  • Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Analytical mindset, well organized, with a strong interest in automation
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills
