About the role
- Recruitment and Selection: Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting initial interviews.
- Training and Development: Logistical organization of training sessions (in-person and online), support in creating materials, schedule management, collecting feedback and assistance with onboarding new employees.
- Benefits Management: Assisting employees with questions and requests related to benefits.
- HR Systems: Updating records, generating reports and monitoring basic HR metrics.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor legislation; supporting initiatives related to mental health and workplace well-being.
- Internal Communication: Supporting internal campaign communications and organizing corporate events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, People Management or related fields.
- Previous experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Conflict mediation skills.
- Proactive, organized and with good interpersonal skills.
