• Own and lead the company's performance marketing strategy across paid social, search and emerging channels, with paid social as the primary growth lever
• Manage substantial monthly budgets with full accountability for where spend is invested, scaled or paused
• Lead agency relationships and evaluate opportunities to bring channels in-house
• Build and develop a growing performance team, fostering a culture of speed, experimentation and accountability while staying hands-on where needed
• Partner with the creative strategist lead to build scalable creative systems and structured testing frameworks that convert insights into action
• Serve as the senior performance voice to founders and leadership, translating complex data into clear commercial decisions
