Creative Strategist

• Develop value-led messaging that connects with what our audience cares about most — bringing Carmoola’s value to life in a way that builds trust fast
• Run a structured creative testing programme to learn what wins across channels, and scale creative that drives results
• Lead the development of concepts, scripts, and visual direction for video, static, UGC and more, from first idea to final asset
• Oversee ad production end-to-end: briefing editors, creators, and freelancers to bring performance creative to life, fast
• Collaborate with designers, editors, creators and analysts to launch, learn and iterate quickly
• Turn data into creative direction: using performance insights to shape sharper messaging, fresher ideas, and better results
• Build our creative playbook: capturing learnings from what works (and what doesn’t) to continuously raise the bar

Chief of Staff

• Coordinate Carmoola’s quarterly and semi-annual business planning cycles, ensuring strong preparation, structure and alignment across the leadership team.
• Shape and run leadership team meetings so they’re efficient, well-prepared and action-driven.
• Keep the leadership team operating smoothly by managing the flow of information, setting agendas and providing the context needed for effective decisions.
• Track actions and follow-through to ensure momentum across teams.
• Work across functions to unblock issues and support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Prepare board packs, CEO reports, shareholder updates and pitch decks.
• Draft business cases and strategic papers for key initiatives.
• Support and coordinate cross-functional work that helps scale the business.
• Conduct data analysis and market research to support strategic decisions.
• Support recruitment and onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new joiners.
• Organise quarterly events for the team.
• Conduct quarterly engagement surveys, sharing feedback with the leadership team and organising team awards.
• Ensure quality and high standards are maintained across the business.

Account Manager

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic partnerships, from sourcing and prioritisation through to launch and scale with financial services businesses
• Proactively source new partners, building and managing a high-quality pipeline rather than relying solely on inbound or introductions
• Lead commercial and contract negotiations, owning partner economics and the commercial and operational structures required to support successful implementation
• Own performance across all live partnerships, including comparison sites, brokers, and other strategic distribution partners
• Set and own volume forecasts and targets by partner, actively managing performance across volume, conversion, unit economics, and quality
• Optimise and evolve partnerships over time, using performance data and commercial insight to improve outcomes
• Refine and optimise the partnerships strategy based on learnings, performance trends, and market opportunities, ensuring partnerships support our broader acquisition goals
• Work cross-functionally to ensure partnerships are launched smoothly and deliver against agreed expectations
• Present regular updates on partnership performance at our monthly trading meetings, including results vs plan, key learnings, and recommended actions
