About the role
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Support
- Identify and research prospective customers across target industries in North America.
- Engage with potential clients through email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Assess customer fit based on use case, business pain, and urgency.
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead and outreach activity in the CRM.
- Assist in tracking pipeline progress and surfacing data trends to the sales team.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on prospecting approaches.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
- Strong interest in building a career in sales within B2B SaaS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural, and data-driven environment.
