About the role
- Represent the business needs and manage a smart manufacturing product portfolio to achieve desired outcomes
- Work with manufacturing and supply chain teams to identify opportunities in data & analytics, digital, automation and AI to meet business needs
- Build internal stakeholder commitment and partner across the organization to jointly develop, launch and govern product implementation experience, including costs, return on investment, deployment and sustainment, business process owners and accountability model with product users
- Own product strategy and development from inception to delivery, identifying business value and end user outcomes including key performance indicators and financial return on investment
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure the goals are clear and aligned with business objectives, utilizing key performance indicators to show progress
- Create product roadmaps as a high level strategic visual summary outlining vision and direction for the product offering over time
- Create product backlog items and prioritize them based on overall strategy and business objectives and map out project dependencies
- Drive progress on multiple projects/initiatives in parallel and build technology solutions partnering with Smart, Data & Analytics and DT&D to deliver prioritized data and technology projects
- Provide expert thought leadership, work with limited direction, and potentially provide direction to support team members

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Clear understanding of agile values, frameworks and metrics
- Solid background on data and analytics with proved experience leading data and technology projects and manipulating data on databases, queries and Excel
- Proved experience with manufacturing process control and automation projects
- Experience leading change and communication with a large and diverse group of stakeholders
- Experience facilitating teams and breaking down business requirements into deliverables
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
- Preferred: Project management certification
- Preferred: Agile product owner certification
- Preferred: Experience with Phyton and general coding
