About the role
- Represent the critical link between the company's most strategic customers and the customer facing strategy
- Develop, strengthen and expand long-term relationships with strategic accounts
- Gain in-depth working knowledge of assets, profit expectations and local market drivers
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to utilize our portfolio of solutions
- Partner with internal teams to position offerings and engage with customers
- Build and deliver on annual customer business plans that align with business strategy
- Identify and communicate customer insights back into the business unit
- Serve as a mentor to other members of the organization and assist with education and training sessions
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills and the capability to translate complex data and insights into a format that is easily understood by our customers
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Commercial or sales experience
- Ability to understand basic industry supply chain production principles including factors critical for sustainability.
