About the role
- Define and execute the commercial and sales strategy for the value-added business;
- Build and scale teams to deliver revenue and profit;
- Develop long-term customer partnerships;
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication;
- Lead the Value-Added marketing teams to strengthen branding in target segments;
- Provide business-lead ownership of cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field;
- 10+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of people leadership;
- Proven account strategy and new business development capability with consistent target achievement;
- Strong strategic thinking and structured problem analysis with industry foresight;
- Solid project/program management experience;
- Fluent in Chinese and English; able to communicate effectively at the executive level;
- High integrity with an authentic, candid communication style.
