About the role

Drive profitability improvements across McDonald’s restaurants in the North East United States
Develop and implement innovative solutions for restaurant operations
Identify new revenue opportunities for Cargill
Build and nurture relationships with influential Franchisees and key stakeholders
Translate customer needs into actionable business strategies
Monitor market development activities to align with Cargill’s business goals
Promote Cargill’s products and drive brand recognition
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision

Minimum of four years in sales, business development, technical services, or any similar relevant experiences
Experience in the Food Service Restaurant or Hospitality industry
Able and willing to travel up to 50%
Valid driver’s license in good standing
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Proven analytical capabilities to interpret data and support decision-making
Proven project management skills to lead complex and/or digital projects
Proven influencing skills including ability to build trust and strong relationships
