About the role
- Lead, plan, implement and execute all sales operations and tactics within the beef cattle area
- Use interpersonal skills to guide coordinators on the front line of sales
- Supervise daily sales operations activities, executing and deploying sales plans, vision and targets
- Coordinate the team's sales operations, sales programs, sales methodologies, incentives and staff training and professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or Agronomy
- Relevant work experience
- Experience with beef cattle production
- Experience supervising people and sales channels
- Willingness to reside in Palmas, Imperatriz, Santarém or Marabá
- Category B driver's license (CNH) and availability for frequent travel
