- Provides leadership for Cargill's people agenda by ensuring inclusion is embedded into culture, talent and learning programs
- Defines and maintains company-wide partnerships with key external organizations
- Collaborates to deliver company-wide inclusion focused events and experiences
- Supports and guides employee business resource groups (BRGs)
- Ensures successful delivery of projects and promotes benchmarked standard methodologies
