About the role
- Assists employees and managers, with guidance, by providing timely and accurate responses to employee questions
- Gathers data to assist in the preparation of reports measuring the effectiveness and quality of human resources services
- Assists with projects related to process optimization and standardization
- Supports or performs routine data entry into one or more systems and maintains accurate records and reports
- Assists with the implementation of new hire, termination, and other employee lifecycle related processes
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Bilingual (English - Spanish)
