- Provide strategic operational oversight for production and operating process
- Oversee safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance
- Accountable for operating and regulatory procedures on employee, food and feed safety
- Implement operational efficiency improvements
- Lead and develop a team for talent management and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Lean six sigma preferred
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Experience working within a servant leadership model
