About the role
- Manage CAPEX projects and infrastructure activities, specifically road maintenance.
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate internal projects and infrastructure/road maintenance activities.
- Lead preparation of project plans and documentation for the PDP gate review process.
- Manage maintenance activities for infrastructures including roads, drains, bridges, culverts, and buildings.
- Assess infrastructure and project issues and recommend solutions.
- Prepare reports on maintenance and project status for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction/Road Management.
- Preferable five (5) years of experience in Project Management, Construction Management, or Road Maintenance roles.
- Experience in project management and familiarity with established project management methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
- Familiar with data analysis for monitoring performance.
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English with strong active listening skills.
