About the role

  • Sets goals and objectives to achieve operational results for the team responsible for maintaining, integrating, and implementing enterprise software.
  • Coordinates software configuration, testing, quality assurance, installation, and support activities to ensure stable, timely, and high-quality delivery of new releases and system enhancements.
  • Leads a team of approximately 6–10 techno-functional consultants who build, maintain, integrate, and implement SAP and low/no-code solutions.
  • Manages and coaches a team to achieve organizational goals by driving productivity, setting clear performance expectations, fostering engagement, providing feedback and development opportunities.
  • Drives adoption of product-centric operating models and agile ways of working.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Experience as a hands-on Supervisor with strong background in Commercial, Risk Management, Customer Service, and/or Sourcing.
  • Experience across contract management, pricing, costing, order management, invoicing, rebates, sourcing, and/or indirect/direct procurement.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
