About the role
- Develop, strengthen and expand long term relationships with strategic accounts
- Gain in depth working knowledge of assets, profit expectations, risk management strategies and local market drivers
- Develop understanding of customer needs to allow utilization of portfolio of solutions
- Partner with internal team members to position standardized offerings
- Engage with customers to promote an open and consistent flow of information
- Build and deliver on annual customer business plans
- Identify and communicate customer insights back into business unit
- Serve as a mentor to other members of the organization
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills and the capability to translate complex data and insights into a format that is easily understood by our customers
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Commercial or sales experience
- Ability to understand basic industry supply chain production principles including factors critical for sustainability.
