About the role

  • Develop, strengthen and expand long term relationships with strategic accounts
  • Gain in depth working knowledge of assets, profit expectations, risk management strategies and local market drivers
  • Develop understanding of customer needs to allow utilization of portfolio of solutions
  • Partner with internal team members to position standardized offerings
  • Engage with customers to promote an open and consistent flow of information
  • Build and deliver on annual customer business plans
  • Identify and communicate customer insights back into business unit
  • Serve as a mentor to other members of the organization
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills and the capability to translate complex data and insights into a format that is easily understood by our customers
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Commercial or sales experience
  • Ability to understand basic industry supply chain production principles including factors critical for sustainability.
