About the role
- Provide routine activities within established procedures and limits for sourcing categories
- Execute procurement transaction processes and procurement records
- Provide location procurement support
- Handle supplier events and relationships
- Implement sourcing strategies
- Demonstrates strong understanding of procurement systems and buying channels
- Bring a detail-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to solving issues
- Facilitate the implementation of sourcing strategies and process changes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on procurement processes
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of relationships with suppliers
- Execute procurement transactions to ensure the end-to-end purchase order process is completed
- Handle moderate to complex issues with minimum direct supervision
Requirements
- Fluency in English – written and verbal
- Fluency in Turkish – written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Previous experience in procurement or invoice to pay processes in an advantage
- Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning
- Experience working in shared service operations
- Previous experience with Microsoft office and Excel
- Communicative and proactive person with attention to details
