About the role
- Provide routine activities within established procedures and limits for one or more sourcing categories or locations
- Execute procurement transaction processes and procurement records
- Provide location procurement support
- Handle supplier events and relationships and implement sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on procurement processes, procedures and requirements
- Execute procurement transactions to ensure the end to end purchase order process is completed
- Handle moderate to complex issues and problems with minimum direct supervision
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Minimum of three years of experience in procurement or invoice to pay processes
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning
- Experience working in shared service operations
- Previous experience with Microsoft office and Excel
- Communicative and proactive person with attention to details.
