About the role

  • Lead the daily post trade derivatives operations for the defined regions and activities.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement the key controls.
  • Monitor and maintain derivatives policies, business & legal entity account structures, products and limits.
  • Validate derivatives reports and reconcile trading differences.
  • Develop and implement process simplification, enhance process standardization, optimize reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Experience in finance operations with a knowledge of financial risk management and related financial processes, particularly derivatives trading operations
  • Experience in leveraging digital technology in trading, operational, reporting and analysis processes
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
