About the role
- Lead the daily post trade derivatives operations for the defined regions and activities.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement the key controls.
- Monitor and maintain derivatives policies, business & legal entity account structures, products and limits.
- Validate derivatives reports and reconcile trading differences.
- Develop and implement process simplification, enhance process standardization, optimize reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Experience in finance operations with a knowledge of financial risk management and related financial processes, particularly derivatives trading operations
- Experience in leveraging digital technology in trading, operational, reporting and analysis processes
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
