About the role

  • Implementation of solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruitment, and retention
  • Execution of learning programs, talent acquisition activities, and other on-site initiatives
  • Use of reports and dashboards to measure, manage, and analyze HR and performance metrics
  • Promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion policies and practices
  • Provide HR support to leaders and employees and act as the first point of contact
  • Implementation of HR operational processes while maintaining overall compliance

Requirements

  • Experience with HR processes
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Understanding of talent strategy
  • Experience with engagement surveys
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in HR – desirable
  • Advanced English – a plus
  • Spanish – a plus
  • Knowledge of Power BI – a plus
