About the role
- Implementation of solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruitment, and retention
- Execution of learning programs, talent acquisition activities, and other on-site initiatives
- Use of reports and dashboards to measure, manage, and analyze HR and performance metrics
- Promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion policies and practices
- Provide HR support to leaders and employees and act as the first point of contact
- Implementation of HR operational processes while maintaining overall compliance
Requirements
- Experience with HR processes
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Understanding of talent strategy
- Experience with engagement surveys
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in HR – desirable
- Advanced English – a plus
- Spanish – a plus
- Knowledge of Power BI – a plus
