About the role

  • Helps drive the Case Ready Beef plant health and performance by delivering solutions to complex people processes
  • Partners with key leaders on the execution of complex local people and culture plans for the Hazleton plant
  • Develops and implements solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruiting and retention
  • Responds to employee and manager inquiries and identifies themes
  • Primary point of contact for Union and plays an active role in CBA negotiations
  • Implements complex plant HR operational processes
  • Leverages complex reports and dashboards to measure and analyze HR and business performance metrics
  • Champions diversity, equity and inclusion policies and practices

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Typically reflects 5 or more years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience in a manufacturing/warehousing/production environment
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies
  • Experience working with labor unions and contract negotiations strongly preferred
  • Experience in investigations and compliance
  • Bi-lingual in English/Spanish
