About the role
- Provide targeted expertise on specific aspects of quality systems and plant processes
- Work closely with commercial and product teams
- Lead internal projects related to customer requirements
- Respond to specific requests related to customer segmentation
- Organize, conduct and follow up on customer audits
- Full management of complaints and returns
- Manage product/customer specifications in collaboration with the product expert
- Contribute to quality and food safety programs
- Participate in EHS programs
- Support operational teams in cost-reduction efforts
- Collaborate with various teams on customer-related matters
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Quality, Engineering or Sciences
- Proven experience (≥ 5 years) in customer-facing roles within an industrial environment
- Strong command of quality systems: standards, audits, documentation
- Good knowledge of food and pharmaceutical environments
- Proficiency in SAP
- Ability to manage projects and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
