About the role
- Helps drive the Cocoa & Chocolate plant health and performance by delivering solutions to complex people processes
- Partners with key leaders on the execution of complex local people and culture plans
- Partners to develop and implement solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruiting and retention
- Responds to employee and manager inquiries received on site
- Primary point of contact for Union and plays an active role in CBA negotiations
- Implements complex plant HR operational processes
- Leverages complex reports and dashboards to measure, manage and analyze human resources and business performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience
- Typically reflects 5 or more years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner
- Experience in a manufacturing/warehousing/production environment
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies
- Experience working with labor unions and contract negotiations strongly preferred
- Experience in investigations and compliance
