About the role
- Drive sales enablement and engagement for Cargill's McDonald's Business Unit through strategic communications
- Partner with MBU stakeholders to manage internal and external communications
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and sales tools
- Curate content for leadership and global meetings
- Support planning for major customer and internal events
- Ensure alignment across MBU global teams
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Experience managing multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with commercial leaders and account teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in executive-level communications and strategic presentations
- Background in global account management or sales enablement preferred
- Familiarity with food service or B2B commercial environments
