About the role

  • Drive sales enablement and engagement for Cargill's McDonald's Business Unit through strategic communications
  • Partner with MBU stakeholders to manage internal and external communications
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and sales tools
  • Curate content for leadership and global meetings
  • Support planning for major customer and internal events
  • Ensure alignment across MBU global teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Experience managing multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborating with commercial leaders and account teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in executive-level communications and strategic presentations
  • Background in global account management or sales enablement preferred
  • Familiarity with food service or B2B commercial environments
