About the role

  • Prepares complex financial and non-financial reports for internal partners, analyzing and reviewing financial data.
  • Develops reports and dashboards to track business performance against plans, budgets, forecasts and other key performance indicators.
  • Reviews and communicates insights based on financial analysis and research to support strategic business decision making.
  • Reviews plant cost analysis for specific products, or projects to better understand cost drivers and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends and accounting standards, ensuring compliance and driving process innovation.
  • Leads the implementation of effective management reporting practices to improve data integrity and relevancy.
  • Cultivates and maintains close partnerships with business leaders and business teams to understand local and regional business needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Advanced data analytical skills for using spreadsheets and business intelligence tools.
  • Experienced leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making.
  • Experienced working with multiple businesses.
  • Plant Manufacturing experience.
  • SAP experience.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Experience optimizing finance services across a matrixed organization.
