About the role
- Apply technical knowledge to deliver continuous improvement in process and asset reliability
- Implement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to implement reliability and maintenance practices
- Ensure projects align with core reliability principles
- Oversee maintenance and asset replacement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering subject
- Experience from a heavy industrial processing background (e.g. Chemicals, Biofuels)
- Solid knowledge in the application of reliability tools
- Knowledge in maintenance process management
- Project management experience
- Experience creating complex tests and analysis
- Predictive maintenance technologies experience
