About the role
- Execute and deliver people processes focused on people and culture strategy.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruiting and retention.
- Deploy workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent programs.
- Measure, manage and analyze human resources and business performance metrics.
- Communicates and adopts diversity, equity and inclusion policies and practices.
- Leads talent engagement strategies for business leaders across EMEA.
- Responds to employee and manager inquiries and manages on site audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred HR resources, psychology, labor law) or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work with data and technology, including developing dashboards, exploring and leveraging AI tools.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in multinational company, with matrix organization.
- Ability to manage end to end all the HR processes, including employee training programs.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner.
