About the role

  • Execute and deliver people processes focused on people and culture strategy.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruiting and retention.
  • Deploy workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent programs.
  • Measure, manage and analyze human resources and business performance metrics.
  • Communicates and adopts diversity, equity and inclusion policies and practices.
  • Leads talent engagement strategies for business leaders across EMEA.
  • Responds to employee and manager inquiries and manages on site audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred HR resources, psychology, labor law) or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work with data and technology, including developing dashboards, exploring and leveraging AI tools.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience in multinational company, with matrix organization.
  • Ability to manage end to end all the HR processes, including employee training programs.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner.
