About the role
- Supports the smooth operation of the organization’s digital technology environment
- Performs complex operational tasks related to contracts, billing, financial tracking, and vendor management
- Manages operational issues, resolves vendor and billing escalations, and supports execution of contractual and financial processes
- Monitors operational and financial health of technology environment by tracking vendor performance, contract utilization, billing accuracy, and financial commitments
- Diagnoses and resolves complex operational and financial issues related to contracts, leases, purchase orders, and vendor billing
- Leads monitoring and response to operational incidents related to vendor performance, billing discrepancies, purchase order failures, and contractual non-compliance
- Performs detailed analysis of contractual, financial, and operational protocols to ensure proper execution of agreements
- Supports the setup and operational deployment of vendors, services, contracts, and leases
- Partners with vendors, third-party service providers, service owners, and internal teams to resolve complex operational and financial issues
- Validates documentation related to contracts, leases, financial obligations, escalations, and performance trends, and prepares reports
- Develops and maintains operational contingency plans related to contract gaps, billing disruptions, vendor failures, and lease expirations
- Leads operational projects and initiatives related to vendor management and contract optimization
- Develops and supports automation solutions to streamline contract tracking, billing reconciliation, reporting, and operational workflows
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience
- Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience
