About the role

  • Execute the defined marketing and insights plans across products, categories, channels and brands, ensuring initiatives meet business goals and are aligned with broader marketing, insights and customer priorities.
  • Apply full business knowledge and available industry, business, internal, external and other contextual data to discern critical market insights along with short and long term implications for the business and identify strategic risk, opportunity and impact.
  • Perform general research and analysis to monitor and analyze market trends, products, categories, brands, customers, consumers, competitors or the broader business environment.
  • Partner with the team, especially with commercial and R&D, to ensure aligned execution of product, category, brand, channel and customer marketing activations to create compelling customer experiences and optimize marketing performances.
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to generate, disseminate and activate insights, including distilling information from multiple sources, giving it meaning for the business and inciting relevant action based on learning to influence strategic decision making.
  • Help the team in developing customer value propositions, targeted marketing communications, customer segmentations and new products, solutions or concepts based on strategic customer goals.
  • Ensure customer insights and research findings are effectively translated into marketing strategies and plans and that marketing priorities inform appropriate insights and research activities.
  • Bring the voice of customer to the business to support a data driven and insights driven culture.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Requirements

  • Data based critical thinking and business acumen to introduce new ways of analyzing and solving business problems
  • Business level English skills
  • Minimum of three years of related work experience
  • Broad knowledge of market research and analytics tools and methodologies
  • Experience in value proposition development
  • Experience in marketing planning, digital marketing and content delivery
