  • The Regional Sales Manager - Diamond V - Dairy will sell directly to consumers or business purchasers and through various sales channels.
  • Home office role but must reside in North Valley California (Madera, Merced, Stanislaus, San Joaquin).
  • Up to 75% travel is required to cover the area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for achieving sales goals and maintaining expense budget.
  • Provide technical support and postbiotic feed additives expertise to customers.
  • Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience in sales, business development or related field.
  • Experience with technical sales, able to provide technical support to dairies, nutritionist, and veterinarians.
  • Experience in the dairy industry or ruminant nutrition.
  • Able and willing to travel up to 75%.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Preferred: Minimum of five years of sales experience
  • Preferred: Sales experience in animal nutrition, feed, animal health, additives, supplements
