Sales Development Rep

• Conduct research to identify potential customers and industries for outreach globally
• Prospect new leads and identify decision makers through a combination of phone calls, emails, and social media outreach
• Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads by establish their pain points, budget, and timelines
• Schedule a constant flow of meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team
• Schedule meetings at industry events and conferences
• Provide ongoing support to the sales team, assisting with sales strategy, presentations and support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and lead interactions in HubSpot
• Collaborate with company management, commercial and marketing teams to formulate and execute initiatives to grow sales
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets for pipeline value, lead generation, and meetings arranged
