About the role
- Responsible for coordinating and leading cross‑functional teams to deliver technology projects on time
- Manage the Product Development Process (PDP) for specifically assigned software product development projects
- Oversee and manage projects including planning, monitoring and reporting
- Adhere to and develop the standard set of processes based on industry standard best practices
- Create project charters, budgets, and project plans
- Establish milestones to measure project progress
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path elements
- Provide project dashboards and status reports to key stakeholders
- Conduct project/sprint retrospectives to identify successful and unsuccessful process elements
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field (or compensating experience)
- At least 8 years of related experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel occasionally with overnight stays (0-5%)
- Reliable transportation to travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday
