About the role

  • Responsible for coordinating and leading cross‑functional teams to deliver technology projects on time
  • Manage the Product Development Process (PDP) for specifically assigned software product development projects
  • Oversee and manage projects including planning, monitoring and reporting
  • Adhere to and develop the standard set of processes based on industry standard best practices
  • Create project charters, budgets, and project plans
  • Establish milestones to measure project progress
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path elements
  • Provide project dashboards and status reports to key stakeholders
  • Conduct project/sprint retrospectives to identify successful and unsuccessful process elements

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field (or compensating experience)
  • At least 8 years of related experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel occasionally with overnight stays (0-5%)
  • Reliable transportation to travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday
