About the role
- Oversee multiple technical leads, architects, data engineers and developers
- Develop and deploy new global fleet and service management products
- Champion products and technology
- Provide development oversight
- Conduct employee development
- Facilitate communication and coordination
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 8 years of related experience
- 5 years related experience in cloud-based application development
- Good written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical people
- Ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels
- Ability to occasionally travel locally and internationally with overnight stays
- Reliable transportation to travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday
- Demonstrated experience in the management of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Azure technologies, software development, and product development
- Demonstrate a strong architecture and technical background in enterprise software with a focus on an API first architecture is a plus.
