About the role
- To assist the Instructional Design Team with training content management and the development of training modules, videos, graphics, photos, and more.
- Collaborate with the Instructional Design Manager to determine current and obsolete training content to update materials accordingly.
- Update the Content Directory and archive current training content.
- Assist with and shoot videos and photos.
- Editing of said videos and photos.
- Assist with the translation process (foreign language knowledge is not necessary)
- Assist with the globalization efforts of training modules
- Provide general assistance and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Training, Design, Organizational Leadership, Education, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field
- Prior experience in Visual Design.
- Experience with Camtasia, Articulate, Photoshop, etc. or similar solutions.
- Must have own means of reliable transportation
- Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
